We ship from Prague to Czech Republic using PPL delivery company' s services and you can expect your package within 1-2 working days after we receive your payment on our bank account and it's FREE.
You can also pick up your purchase at our office which is located in U Bulhara 1611/3, 11000, Prague (Tram stop Hlavni Nadrazi) and pay with cash.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our returns are very easy. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.
We'll give you a full refund for the purchased by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and launching a new collection), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.
